This is an often over-looked area which can be critical to supporting business development activities and is required throughout all areas of the firm.
Our Client Care for Support Staff Programme is aimed at non-fee earning staff across disciplines such as accounts, secretarial, reception and IT. All of these roles may have a client facing impact and should support the service chain linking to clients and prospects.
Our Programme is interactive and fun, concentrating on understanding the importance of Client Care, awareness of roles and responsibilities and skills development to facilitate success.
Individuals are encouraged to find out what they are doing well, what they should be doing better and, maybe, what they should not be doing at all.
The Programme offers them the opportunity to consider their own personal preferences and style through personality profiling to help them understand, build on and maintain successful working relationships with others.
